Tata Sky DTH: Worst service

I, Debabrata Pal (Subs ID: 1039739311). On 26th April I have relocated from Delhi to Kolkata and hence I made request to Tata Sky to reinstall Dish Antenna at my present address:

The Service Request numbers are given below:

 

Service Request No. 1-6581314004 5th May, 2010

Service Request No. 1-6631849169 11th May, 2010
 

Service Request No. SR1404100314129 14th May, 2010

 

After raising three Service Requests nobody respond against those request. And surprisingly the Service Request SR1404100314129 has automatically been closed on 17th May without responding against this request. I really can’t believe organization can do such fraud with the customers. Therefore, I am expecting my money back from Tata Sky.

    As i feel the tata brand itself stands for the trust and as i am using the tatasky service since past three years the service has been top most compared to other and i feel great to a part of tatasky as customer

    I am too not satisfied with TataSky service,There service engineer do temporary work i.e Anteena gets misaligned in every two three month and every time they charge 350/ rs

    I want ETC Punjabi,PTC Chakde,Time tv,DD Punjabi,Zeesports,Ten action+,Ten cricket & many more channels on TATA SKY………………Why there are no such kind of channels???

    At one point I used to think Tata as synonymous of Trust…But I am so hurt to experience that they are fooling me from last 12 days.
    1 Their executive asked me to pay through credit card immediately through mobile only and I will get my connection in 4 days.
    2. I got my digicom after 4 days through courier.
    3. I informed customer care about it. They promised that I will get the installation within 24 hours.
    4. Next day I called and asked that nobody has turned up…they said it is 48 hours time not 24 hrs.
    5. Then onwards I am calling everyday and am getting same assurance / commitments. But nobody has turned up so far.

    All I want to say is to the Tata Group that in India people trust you …your name than anybody else…please donot tarnish your image like this. Make your people/employee understand meaning of word ” commitment”

    I had accepted the offer of TATA SKY because it is TATA …but now i wonder what make me to choose their service … one of the worst service provider .. mine set top box is not working hence self requested 15 times to tata sky help desk..but till date no solution .. i was surprised when their pune office informed me that Tata is facing shortage of set top box .. not a single follow up from Tata sky service provider … i dont know whether writing it hear would solve the problem … but i will be accelerating the things further .. self had posted their poor service news in the face book .. tmorrow self will approach the tv channel & news paper to inform every indians that Tata sky is worst service provider ..lets give them some name ..”Tata sky laga dala .. jindagi berbad kar dhala”…

    1. Tata sky -sub id 1055765745 worst DTH compay u can deal with, i want 2 gift my tata sky which i have been waiting 2 be installed from LAST one month to “SHRI RATAN TATA”.

    Iam a tata sky customer, i request you to add a new channel “rang tv” which is the popular entertainment channel of north-east very soon as all the other dth services had already added the channel.

    Dont beleive tatasky people they are very lazy
    if u complain anything they always told u within 24 or 48 hours problem will be solved
    but tata’s only know when it solved but helpdesk people are very good story tellers
    if u want tatasky subscrption u must be very cool and pationce

    very poor service of tata sky dth
    i sunder last 7 to 8 days trying to add sports package. however i could not get any responce from service centre number and as well as your sms number and your assitance also told me every day it will start morning night but not start till to date

    I don’t know but I have enjoyed tata sky for a long long time and till date I have not even had one disconnection even though I live I Bombay (rains) before when I had airtel I had a very bad experience and changed to sky since

    pls add Rang channel in Tata sky. For north east. This Rang channel is available in AIRTEL , DISH TV, BIG TV from 1 years ago.

    I agree with you they have the worse customer service they never respond back i have ordered the TATASKY HD service two weeks ago they prmised to install in 3 days its now 14 days everytime I call they come up with excuse now they say they are out of HD boxes , coordinators does not listen to their supervisor as i realise ove the phone ,,,, they always have good reason fo not keeping uo with their words…

    Friends,don’t go for tata sky.They are removing one by one regional channels.Look like they are going to stop the service.
