Himanshu on Tata Sky service staff:
My Subscriber ID is 1002573630, I had lodged a complaint on 15th January 2011 complaint number 1-8871198987 that tata sky is not working in my house. We have a common dish for our building and I was told the amplifier is out of stock. 1st of all I don’t understand a company like tatasky being from tata group cannot find a replacement for it for one week as this is a core component and it cannot be out of stock for long with so many multi storeyed building being in my area.
Even after repeated complaint I was given assurance that it would be done the next day. I was still patient, but the thing escalated out of m hands today. Today when I came back I got to know that one half of the building is getting the connection the other is not. I want to know on what basis are u discriminating your customers.
1. Does the technician takes bribe
2. Does he think the others are more privileged than me
3. Does he think I am getting my connection for free
4. Or is it that I am not paying for my connection
From year on year since the time I have taken Tatasky some 4 years back I been on annual pack and I don’t think I am a customer who does not take all the channels. I have the top most package available with you. But still I am not supposed to watch TV for last 6 days because I am not deemed fit for it by your technician. I would like to know why it was not done and why I was chosen one to be with the connection. The name of the technician who is handling the complaint is Mr. Umesh and I would surely like an answer from him in personal. I know u will not refund me back my money therefore I don’t have an option for one year but to bear with your discrimination for the next year.
I need a full proof reply to it or name and number of a higher authority who will handle my concern. And pls don’t give me the reason that being a common dish the amplifier was out of stock etc etc
This complaint is about discrimination and not about the connection not working anymore

Worst service by TATASKAY technical team.
I loged the complaint for No-Singnal on digicomp on dated 18-06-2011and word order no 1-10532707385
and engineer visit schedule on 21-06-2011 at 13:30 . As waiting for schedule date but no one is turn around and not a single call. After following with service desk team they have schedule the same on 22-06-2011 09:53 but same thing happen no one turn up or not single call.After continus following with service desk team they have schedule the same 25-06-2011 17:04 but again same story for mention day.
On 25th they have schedule the another work order for 27-06-2011 12:30 wo no is 1-10601797407 again they did the same story no is turn around or not single call.On 27th evening they have resolved the issue in some hrs but still I waiting for tataskay team call but its not happening.
Please let us know how to tackle this because its like frustration and harresment.
