The call centre is such a pathetic one, that the customer will pull his or her hairs for their own fault of opting for this stupid SunDirect. They have regional packages and if you opt for any one of the regional package, then you are taken for a jolly ride. They dont provide some common news channels, education channels etc. You will have to add on and they keep deducting the amount from your account. Since the IPL started, I called up SunDirect and asked them to add on the concerned channel. They did it, but only for a week's time. Again it is blocked. Calling them on their call centre is the worst experience one can face in their lifetime. There's a distributor who initially helped me in adding some channels. Any time I call the distributor, after getting fed with SunDirect Call Centre, they will simply say that their server is slow and call up after one hour. This goes on till 5:30 pm in the evening and after 5:30 pm there's no single soul in the organisation to answer our calls. I would advise one and all that in case you are planning to go for any DTH service, please do not consider opting SUNDIRECT because they play with the patience of the customer and that is evident from their ads " tan tana tan".
